Our Lead-Free Calcium Zinc Stabilizer is a one-pack composite heat stabilizer customized exclusively for PVC float products, including PVC floating balls, float valves, buoy accessories and other marine plastic fittings.
Different from general PVC stabilizers, this formula solves core pain points of float manufacturers: long-term seawater soaking discoloration, high-filler calcium carbonate precipitation, high-temperature extrusion yellowing and poor weather resistance. Fully lead-free, compliant with EU REACH, RoHS global environmental standards, safe for water contact plastic products.
