Zinc stearate is a multifaceted oleochemical substance, distinguished by its white, powdery appearance and broad industrial uses. At Junchuang, we exclusively produce it from plant-derived stearic acid and zinc salts. Nontoxic and easily absorbing moisture in the air, this substance does not dissolve in water or ethanol.

Applications

· High-Grade PU and PE Paints for Wood Paints

A key additive for high-quality polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE) wood paints is zinc stearate. It helps with flow, gives a smooth finish, and makes it easier to apply even coatings on wood surfaces.

· Upscale Piano Coatings

Zinc stearate improves the quality of the finish and makes it resistant to damage, while also making it shiny, all of which benefits high-end piano coatings. Provided excellent dispersion and lubricating properties guarantee smooth application and reliable surface protection.

· NC Paints and High-Grade Inks
