Descriptions
Zinc stearate is a versatile oleochemical compound, characterized by its white, powdery form and widespread industrial applications. At JUNCHUANG, we make it only from vegetable-based stearic acid and zinc salts. It is non-toxic and does not dissolve in water or ethanol. However, it does dissolve in hot organic solvents and acids.

Applications
· Halogen Absorber in Petrochemicals
Zinc stearate is used in the petrochemical industry as a halogen absorber. Manufacturers employ it to eliminate excess halogen that contributes to the degradation of product stability and quality during advanced polymerization and synthesis processes.
· Lubricant and Mold-Release Agent for Thermosetting Plastics
