Feature:

2. Improve impact strength: Impact modifiers significantly improve the impact strength of PVC through mechanisms such as elastomer dispersion and core-shell structure. For example, after pre-dispersion of powdered nitrile butadiene rubber (PNBR), the impact strength can reach 52kJ/m², and after compounding CPE/ACR, it can withstand low temperature of -40℃.

3. Improve processing performance: some impact modifiers such as ACR, can enhance the stability of PVC melt flow under high shear conditions, especially for complex cross-section of the profile extrusion. ACR-modified PVC surface finish, good aging resistance, high weld corner strength.

4. Enhanced weather resistance: ACR modifier is especially suitable for outdoor use of PVC plastic products, can significantly improve its weather resistance and impact strength.

5. Reduce processing temperature: Some impact modifiers such as MBS are sensitive to processing temperature, the processing temperature needs to be controlled at 190 ℃ or less, in order to protect the integrity of its core shell and transparency.
