1. Basic properties**

– **Appearance and Physical and Chemical Properties**: G60 lubricant is white powder or fine particles/flakes, melting point range is 60-65℃, volatile matter ≤0.5%, PH value 7-9 (PH value of some products is 0.7-1.5, need to be confirmed according to the brand).

– **Active ingredient**: the content of active substance reaches 99.9%, non-toxic, no odor, in line with the requirements of food packaging production.

– **Safety level**: non-hazardous chemicals, conventional storage is sufficient (cool and dry, away from fire sources), applicable to food contact scenarios.

### **2. Functions and Applications**

– **Core Functions**:

– As an **internal lubricant**, it enhances the fluidity in PVC processing, reduces the melt pressure and stabilizes the discharge.

– High compatibility with PVC, no precipitation, avoiding side effects caused by overuse.

– **Recommended additive amount**: 0.3%-1%, suitable for rigid PVC products (such as wood-plastic flooring, foam boards, resin tiles, etc.) and WPC/SPC flooring.

– **Applicable process**: Extrusion, injection molding and other complex cross-section product processing, can be used in synergy with other additives.
